Ensuring Adequate Energy Supplies in a Volatile Environment

This conference will focus on
(1) the implications of the transition to more competitive energy markets for the development of adequate supplies and the infrastructure required to deliver those supplies to end users, and
(2) the roles of state and federal policymakers in helping to shape the incentives that will facilitate that transition.
