Carter's responsibilities also include analyzing the operational and financial performance of the wind assets, generating budgets, negotiating third-party contracts and assisting in cash flow management and forecasting.

    Energy Manager, American Utility Management, Inc. In her role as Energy Manager, Choudhury manages the AUM Energy Management Team's daily operations. She works with multifamily housing companies to analyze energy and utility usage and expense data to identify ways to eliminate waste and reduce expenses. Primary responsibilities include working as a broker for clients to negotiate and manage energy procurement contracts, complete rate and tariff analysis and continuously monitor the client portfolio to stay ahead of the energy curve and save money.

  • Terry Harvill, Ph.D. Ph.D Economics, University of Illinois at Chicago; MS and BS Economics, Illinois State University
    Vice President of Grid Development, ITC Holdings Corporation. Dr. Harvill is responsible for the development and execution of the company's strategic plan related to transmission development. He is responsible for the identification, investigation, and implementation of transmission development opportunities including new transmission projects, strategic business alliances, and acquisition opportunities. Previously he was responsible for identifying, developing and implementing company positions and strategies on key energy policy issues that impact ITC and its customers as Vice President of Energy Policy. Prior to ITC, Dr. Harvill was Vice President of Energy Policy for Constellation Energy Resources, Inc and previous to his position at Constellation Energy Resources, Dr. Harvill was a Director of Regulatory Policy and Operations for DTE Energy Company. Dr. Harvill also served as a Commissioner of the Illinois Commerce Commission.

In addition, she manages, negotiates and provides guidance and recommendations on contracts with carriers and other trading partners.

Olukoya provides finance leadership for the Boeing Sustaining Programs & Government business team (with approximately $600 million in annual revenue). Provide financial analyses support to the Operations Leader and his team. Lead periodic cost analyses, budgeting, forecasting and planning efforts, compile reports to meet reporting requirements for contract accounting reporting, periodic management reviews and regulatory agency requirements.

    Economist, Hawaii Public Utilities Commission since December 2006. In his current role, he analyzes issues in docketed and non-docketed matters dealing with the regulated utilities in Hawaii. He performs analysis, research and provides recommendations for Commission decisions. He was worked on furl contracts, purchased power contracts, rate cases and various telecommunication matters. Mr. Peters is currently on the NARUC telecommunications staff subcommittee.
